Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets for UPNXT events are available through the authorised ticketing provider listed on each event page. We recommend purchasing only through the official ticketing link on our website to ensure your tickets are valid.

I haven’t received my tickets.

Please contact the authorised ticketing provider shown on your order confirmation. They manage all ticket purchases, deliveries and account enquiries.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are subject to our Terms of Sale, Australian Consumer Law and the policies of the authorised ticketing provider. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, information regarding refunds or ticket validity will be provided via the authorised ticketing provider.

What happens if an event is rescheduled?

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will generally remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, please refer to the refund information provided by the authorised ticketing provider.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted by the authorised ticketing provider with details regarding available refunds or other options.

Can event details change?

Occasionally, event times, venues, seating arrangements, support acts or schedules may change. Any updates will be communicated through our website, social media channels or the authorised ticketing provider.

Accessibility

If you require accessible seating or have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the authorised ticketing provider before purchasing your tickets or reach out to the venue directly for assistance.

VIP Experiences

Where VIP packages or Meet & Greet experiences are available, full details and inclusions will be listed on the event page or through the authorised ticketing provider. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
